I was away for several weeks during the winter which was particularly cold and the mice decided they would rather stay in my warm house. I came home to my quite clean house to find droppings in the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room.... Yuck. It took forever to clean up. I bought 60 mouse traps and baited them with peanut butter, cheese, meat, chocolate. It was like a mouse buffet, but we caught NOTHING. They were still there though (leaving little turd gifts each night). We were going away again and I was at the end of my rope with this so in desparation I bought these repellers. I returned and couldn't believe my eyes-- NO evidence of mice at all. This repeller has varying frequencies so mice don't get used to it. To be on the safe side, now that the mice have vacated the house I plug them in anytime I go away now. We are just entering insect season and it would be a bonus if it works on them too! I'll update in a few months but I can say these are a life saver for mice.

I was skeptical, but needed something to do a better job (short of getting a cat that's a good mouser).My house is a doublewide, huge openings were left around pipes, etc. I paid someone to crawl under and seal things up, but a few years later and I could hear mice coming into the walls again. I got the set of 6 ultrasonic repellers and spread them throughout the house.They didn't bother the dog, but a couple had a high pitch tone I could hear and couldn't tolerate so switched them to spots in the house I'm not usually in. I left them on for a few days, then started having them on part of the time and off part of the time so mice wouldn't get used to the sound. It got nice outside, figured the mice wouldn't be looking for spots to come in, so turned off the repellers and in a couple of days heard mice in a couple of spots. Turned the repellers back on.They work. I am surprised at how well. I will be looking for some ultrasonic bee repellent for my shed and garage. That's how pleased I am.

This really works. In crawl space where we installed one, one mouse ran out into family room and was caught. No more came. We have traps in crawl space and would have anywhere from one to 4 caught. Last fall and winter there were none. This spring we have not seen any ants. We would have a regular army in the laundry room window sill and dryer vent. I recently bought two of our daughters this item and am looking forward to their not having ants in their kitchens. We are waiting for their feedback since it has only been a few days.

I live in an area with a big open canyon behind me for the past 40 yrs. I've always had some issues with rodents finding their way into the house. The last issue was with mice, I was using mouse traps and catching 2 per day, mostly in the kitchen. After I installed 3 in the primary living area, 2 in the lower level where there's a crawl space, I haven't seen one single mouse or rat!!! Have put the 6th one in my outdoor shop where I was having a rat problem and they are gone too.I use the lower level in the living space and the higher pitch level in the other areas. I would highly recommend these with the success I've had.

I bought these based on all of the positive reviews. Have had mice in bedroom wall andxattic, despite outside bait traps and inclusion, there was still random noises. I placed 2 in bedroom, 2 in living areas, 1 in garage loud setting and 1 in basement below bedroom on loud setting. The first setting isxquiet no noise, the secondcsetting is a light noise but didn't want to hear it or let my dog hear it. About 12 hours later a black fly was near one of them in the garage which I thought was weird. I will have to update in 3 weeks to give a full month to see if it got rid of the mice.

I was looking for an easy, non-messy way to deal with a rodent issue … in my kitchen! Saw a small mouse scurrying across and it freaked me out. I decided to try this vs the traditional traps and I have to say, it has been all clear thus far…I don’t even see any indications of a mouse as even droppings I had seen before are no longer around anymore. Now it is constantly on and I feel so much better and relieved. That little mouse was giving me nightmares! Definitely worth it as it doesn’t deal with any bait and I saw results rather quickly. These can also double as faint nightlights which I like. I also like that I can choose to use the second setting with the sound vs first setting. So first setting for indoor areas and second setting in garage area. Pleased with the results so far!

We got this device to deal with gnats that were getting through the mosquito screen. We're not entirely sure how effective it is yet — we still occasionally see some gnats, but we also see dead ones. And most importantly, we haven’t been getting bitten anymore. So it seems to be doing a decent job.
