One bottle, lots of goodness
Love how I don’t need to take several pills anymore—this covers everything! The product arrived on time, with minimal but secure packaging. The professional labelling is a nice touch, and the instructions are simple to follow. There’s no bad taste or aftertaste, which is great. Great value for the price—definitely recommend it!"

SEEMS TO WORK
I always find it difficult to tell whether supplements have any positive effects, unless they are making me feel noticeably different. These do seem to have a positive effect. I've been going through some very rough times, which has been a cause of distraction. These DO seem to be helping me. Despite the fact that the bad situation is ongoing, I'm sure that this supplement has made a difference and I'm able to focus on other things, a lot better.Maybe they will help you, too 😊👍

Great generic suplement
This stuff ticks all of the boxes for a nootropics supplement and I'm very happy with it. Makes me feel more focused, and wanting to do some work.

contains caffeine
User error but I did not notice that it contained caffeine when ordering. It is around 50mg per capsule, which is roughly the same as a cup of coffee. I bought it because it contained Rhodiola rosea (rosea in lower case!), Ginkgo biloba (lower case again) and lion's mane. I don't think it needs caffeine in it and I don't like to take caffeine and if I do at least I should enjoy the drink like green tea or whatever. No wonder these perked me up so much. If you don't mind the caffeine, then would recommend, otherwise avoid.

Nutritional supplements
Have only been taking these a short while and already feeling a lot more focused and calm. I was sceptical at first but I think the longer you take these the more benefits you will have.

Focus Flow Nootropics: A little brain boost in a capsule - basic formula
FocusFlow is a supplement packed with natural ingredients that are meant to sharpen your mind and keep you energised - it’s little a mental “pick-me-up”, especially helpful when you need to focus on a task or feel a bit foggy.I've used it when I've had a lot on my plate and needed to concentrate, like during exam periods or when working on a big project. The ingredients in Focus Flow, such as Lion's Mane, Ginkgo Biloba, and Rhodiola, are known for their potential to improve memory, focus, and reduce stress. It's pretty simple to take. The recommended dosage is two capsules a day, but as I take other supplements that contain some of these ingredients, I only take one capsule which is usually in the morning to help kick start my day. Note that while it's not a magic pill, Focus Flow has definitely helped me feel more alert and focused. It is one of the more basic formulas I’ve tried, but effective nonetheless.FocusFlow IngredientsLion's Mane: This mushroom is known for its potential cognitive benefits, including improved memory and focus.Ginkgo Biloba: This herb is often used to enhance memory and blood flow to the brain.Rhodiola Rosea: This adaptogenic herb can help reduce stress and fatigue.Caffeine: A stimulant that can boost energy and alertness. As I said before, I've found Focus Flow to be a helpful supplement for staying focused and productive. It's a simple, natural way to give your brain a little extra boost.

Not much of a difference
These are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste and haven't given me heartburn like other supplements I've tried. But have I seen any benefits? No, not really. I maybe have a little less of the afternoon slump I usually get, but I'm also drinking more water so that could account for that.
