As of this date I find that the HP Desktop PC works very well . And I have no issues

Great desktop computer
Very good packaging, quick set up, very fast internet connectionInstruction sheet probably could have more info especially with regard to use of TB external drive.

Fine but not as fast as hoped
Works fine, but not as fast as I had hoped. Especially compared to my old computer with even less memory. That being said this does what I need. Sometimes the monitor flickers off, but not enough to be a real problem.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER - IT'S GARBAGE
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. This computer is essentially garbage. I paid extra for additional RAM memory for a computer that barely runs with nothing except the original operating system and base applications installed. I purchased this as a work from home device, and just attempting to do simple cloud based operations the computer is maxing out it's CPU and is sluggish, laggy and has horrendous performance. I reported my dissatisfaction to the seller who was rude in their response to me, refused to do anything to replace this obviously defective item or to rectify the situation. Save yourself the hassle don't don't buy this.

what I needed
the HP arrived in great condition, Had a friend come over and set it up for me...I am not a person that enjoys all this tec stuff...Loved the White color, mouse and key board..only wish they would have sent WHITE connection cords too {sent black} "go figure"...Nice screen, fast and lots of storage for some one who only uses it for the basics!!!

Very Slow and Frustrating
About 5 years ago, I bought an HP all-in-one computer. It was great. It was fast and worked well. I figured I would buy another HP all-in-one. I checked to see that it had as much memory as my previous computer (I'm not computer expert), and it seemed like it was the same.Nope.This computer is terrible. Very slow. So slow you wonder if it's actually working. You click on an icon and nothing happens. So you click on it again thinking that maybe you didn't actually click on it. And then you wait. And wait. And then it finally opens--but it opens twice, and it gives you an error message because one of the Word documents didn't open properly. So you have to close them out and reopen. And wait. And wait.I would have never purchased this if I had known it was so slow.By the way, my previous HP was connected only to wi-fi and it was faster. This computer is connected to an ethernet cord and it's slower. Much slower.
