Ice on skin, and inflator popped after 2nd use
The frozen pack comes in direct contact with your skin. I added a fabric pad to make it bearable.Very unreliable. The inflator popped at the middle of the night ofter one and half nights of yse.

It was good while it lasted
I bought this post ankle surgery to help me through my recovery. I really liked it at first and I have used it almost daily for 4 months. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and fit perfect. The downside is that it is advertised as being able to be heated or frozen. But the ice pack started leaking when I put it in the microwave. It’s actually really hard to heat because you have to massage the pack and the heat isn’t evenly distributed. I haven’t found how to replace just the ice pack, so I can’t use it anymore. (I attached a picture to show the weird hole that happened)

So niiiice...ice or heat with compression key for ankle/foot therapy
so much better than strapping ice packs to the foot....plus it has compression and can be heated up as well. Great fit for me, but have to be careful with pumping it up too much as air bladders can distort or pop, seller was great in sending out a replacement right away when this happened though.

This ankle support is awesome.
I broke my ankle and I was in a splint for 6 weeks then was put in a boot for 2 months. 1 month non weight bearing and 1 most with weight. Needless to say my skin was very irritated. I ordered this brace to keep my ankle secure while sleeping and relaxing just so my skin could heal. I was very scared to take the boot off but this brace made it will secure and erased my fears. It was easy to put on and I love that I can pump it up to be more secure. Some people have complained that the pump can't be removed but my ankle feels best in one position so I use the pump and wedge it to make my foot stay where I want it. Also it has gel pads that I use as extra support but as I start doing physical therapy I will probably put them in the freezer or if I want to heat them up. .
