Quality seems good, Noise level very minimal, Effective Air filtration, At Beginning PM2.5 - 250 later midnight it's shows PM 2.5 - 031 . We both felt different very soon after started. Few days back always coughing for no reason. Suddenly I understood it's must be very dust around us. Now we breathe very normal. WiFi connectivity also working smooth and live monitoring.

Hello friends I am ordering a Phillips air purifier on Amazon, I received this package in good condition and 15 days ago I used this package after I shared my experience,The Philips air purifier delivers excellent air quality with its advanced filtration system, removing dust, allergens, and pollutants effectively. It’s incredibly quiet during operation, making it ideal for use in bedrooms or living spaces. The sleek design fits well in modern homes, and its user-friendly controls make it easy to operate. Overall, a reliable and efficient choice for cleaner air and Im really satisfied the product.

Good performance, design , & filter quality .

We bought a Philips Air Purifier just before Diwali anticipating the onslaught of bad air days in Delhi. the product was delivered on time and setting it up was quite easy.I was happy that it was running in our house and atleast inside the house we were protected from the terrible pollution outside in Gurgaon.The product is good and has a real time PM2.5 monitor and corresponding led lights to let you know how bad the pollution is inside the house. Typical activities such as cooking would instantly raise Pm2.5 levels in the house.However the filter seemed good in the sense that after a few hours you would notice that the levels had been brought down.About once a week you would get an alert to clean the pre-filter. Cleaining the pre-filter is as easy as washing it in running water.Then 4 days back we got an "A3" message on the machine. Checking the manual, we got to understand that the air filter was signalling that the TrueHepa filter was clogged and needed changing. As the machine was just about a month old we contacted Philips.The support technician came the next day and suggested we change both the carbon filter and the TrueHepa Filter. We agreed.THEN HE ASKED US TO PAY RS3400 FOR THE FILTER REPLACEMENT!!!!When we protested stating that the machine was just a month old, he said that warranty does not cover the filters and since air pollution was bad outside, the machine was asking for a change.Our questions: If the air quality is good outside, who buys an air purifier? Also, we stay in Gurgaon, which has consistently had the best air quality in all of NCR this entire season. Infact the last week or so, the air quality is "Satisfactory" or "Good" in Gurgaon.Next, why is this disclosure not made that you need to spend 3400 every month on a recurring basis if you buy this product?This is a product where the running costs are tremendous.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!Please purchase alternate brands and get value for money!!!

This is the 2nd purifier I am using.I was aware of ill effects of ioniser and ozone generators . So the first one I bought was from a renowned company . Nowhere it was mentioned that it generated ozone/Ions but instead advertised a fancy technology for trapping pollutions and particles. It had builti. Humidifier too. That was a trap. On first hour of usage the room was filled with plastic smell. On thorough research found it was generating ozone not as a direct product but as byproduct. Careful reading of manual disclosed that it can generate ozone. But level much below the natural ozone present in the forest! Nowhere it was mentioned safe levels of ozone allowed or how much it can actually generate . It was clear that company was hiding facts. Further research showed the fancy technology was noting but generations of ions with some water / moisture cover to increase spread of ions to larger distance. More deep rearch showed any equipment that generate ion of any type will certainly release some amount of ozone. Now either a company can clearly mention how much ozone is actually generated or mislead customers. Clearly most companies prefer to hide facts. I immediately returned it. Thanks to online purchasing, return was possible.2nd purchase was this unit, newly launched no user reviews, not availble in retail stores. But one thing was certain that it was pure hepa filter purifier. I immediately bought it . Thanks to Amazon flash sale, deal was excellent.This is pure HEPA filter so very safe for children. Thickness of filter is thrice than most of filters available In Market. It's been more than a months and it's working fine.Works perfectly in living room. Reduces PM2.5 from 200 to 100 in 30 mins ( provided all doors are closed, ) 100 to 50 takes some time may be another 30-45mins. Depending on cleanliness of room and room size.I stay in gurgaon where dust level is very high , so I clean prefilter every week.Another trick to make it work efficiently is to run it on turbo mode for 30mins only and reduce the blower speed to 2 for another 30mins and than switch it to auto. This technique works better than auto settings. Slow speed efficienctly clears out PM2.5. Overall v safe equipment and v effective. Philips is the only company that sells pure HePA in this budget . Others are either too expensive or not available in India.Pollution mode, allergy mode and bacteria mode is gimick . Working principle is all same.Real time monitoring of PM2.5 is worth extra cost coz it actually tells you how efficiently it is working, overall excellent product at this price range.

While the purifier works just fine, I am disappointed with how difficult it is to find genuine replacement filters. I have switched to 3rd party alternatives, which kind-of defeats the purpose of buying a Philips product. Hence the 3* rating. Would still rate the product 5* for what it offers.

Pl don’t buy as they don’t provide spare filters, model is changed frequently . Open market spurious products. Breathless.
