I give it 4.5 stars. This is one powerful toilet. Rarely does it need cleaning. The features are nice. Love the temp of the hot water. It is a heavy piece, but the design to secure it to the floor is lacking. It has a lot of features, but you need to keep the mini manual on hand, and don't lose it, to change some functions as it's a combination of buttons using the remote such as changing the color, auto flush, etc. The basic functions on the remote are easy to use. We actually walk take the longer walk to use this toilet than the one in the powder room. I would buy another. Overall it is totally worth it.

As someone who’s pretty into smart home gadgets, I spent a while researching smart toilets during our master bath remodel. I was looking for something that didn’t just work well but also felt thoughtfully designed, and this model struck a good balance.The showstopper is dynamic digital display. It’s subtle but useful, showing things like water and seat temperature, and basic status info. It’s not something you need all the time, but it’s a nice detail that adds to the overall experience.

If this is replacing a conventional toilet, the water supply and shutoff may need to be relocated. This toilet is wider at the bottom than regular toilet fixtures, and plumbers like to keep water stops out of sight

The space toilet is amazing. Makes pooping enjoyable. A little heavy but easy install none the less. Makes a few weird noises sometimes. Might have keep an eye on that. Will report back and change review if things break bad.

Love Horow's customer support. They are quite responsive and they were able to help me with a few minor concerns that I had. I would recommend.

Absolutely love this toilet but it was heavy so it made it hard to install in a small spot.

Works really well, Customer support is great. Please keep in mind that it does not come with battery backup. Customer service was great though and they sent me one. Hopefully i do not need it but good to have

Recently brought this HOROW smart toilet for our downstairs bathroom, it’s an easy installation and you can totally do it yourself. It has modern design and fits our bathroom perfectly. The toilet has a powerful and effective flush. The seat is very comfortable and with heated function, it feels great during the winter. I like the water pressure and temperature can be adjusted and it can air dry as well. Now I’m switching my flushable wipes to this. It’s more hygiene and clean! It’s definitely worth the money!
