Bought this for muscle stretching during and after exercise and they are perfect. The nodules on the outer are not too hard and the balls are just the right softness. Perfect size to take away when travelling as well.

I’ve been using trigger balls for Pilates, and while they are great for targeting achy spots and providing deep relief, they are quite firm and relatively small. The size is excellent for getting into tight, sore areas and releasing tension effectively when used at home.However, their firmness, combined with their small size, might make them a bit too intense for some people in a class setting. If you’re new to using trigger balls, a slightly softer and bigger option might be more comfortable. Overall, they’re a handy tool for focused muscle relief, but they may not suit everyone’s preferences or needs.

At £6.99 for 2, these are good value and good quality for the price. Both balls are the same size.The store page needs a lift - whist the measurements on one of the images are correct, and so are most pictures, one at the start is a terribly Photoshopped layer of the ball into a hand that is so out of proportion it is down right misleading. This is not acceptable and the seller should be ashamed.That out of the way, everything else is great - these are small enough to get right into the back, easy to roll on, and light enough to carry in my work bag.They are pretty solid, but do have a spring to them. Overally, just what I was looking for.A good 4/5 for value and practical quality.

Great massage ball that offers an easy and comfortable way to release muscle tension. I've mostly been using this to help alleviate some pain from plantar fasciitis and have found it to be effective - the size and texture both work really well, allowing for pressure without discomfort.The set comes with a handy storage bag and the balls are light enough to transport easily in a work or gym bag.Well made, durable, and good value!

I've got (but lost) a hard plastic spiky massage ball. These are better - they're slightly smaller and better for getting into the muscles in my neck. They're also more comfortable and have a bit of give, so I'm able to push them in harder, as they're not as uncomfortable as some other ones. Highly recommend.

As a serial plantar fasciitis sufferer I've tried numerous shapes and sizes of massage balls to try and alleviate the pain. Of them all these have to be my favourites and the most effective I found. For me their size is spot on, a little larger than a golf ball but smaller than a lacrosse type ball and I find this size to be most effective.The surface texture is also of benefit providing a degree of stimulation without the discomfort of more spikier balls. I also like that they have a slight amount of give to them which makes them very comfortable to use and enables me to apply a little more pressure when needed.Their size has the added benefit of making them easy to pop into a bag or pocket for use when pain, or discomfort strikes when out and about.Highly recommended.
