I got this for a great nephew who is just under 1 and he loves this as gives him distractions and I'm sure helps him in coordination and discovery.

Not as big as I thought. Quality bit rubbish!
The quality of the product was a bit poor. Textures not as expected. Very small, picture shows baby lying down on them, the squares are half that size and are only for one hand to scratch! And my baby is tiny, 6months old and only 9 pounds
