Hi - Yes, the VTech SN1127 has a ringer switch on the side to adjust or turn off the ringer volume. Thank you!

Q: Can you set a Pause when programming numbers? My mom's nursing home requires dialing 9 before the number, but works only if there's a pause after 9

I don't believe it has that option.

Q: Can you program the frequently called numbers if you have phone service through your cable company?
