Works great!
I had been using another brand that was much more expensive and I had to take 3 capsules a day for relief from hot flashes. With this, I take 1 in the morning and I'm good. Some days I have zero hot flashes. When I do have one, it is not very intense. I highly recommend this!

Didn't help.
I usually buy a more expensive brand for my hot flashes. This was double the mg, and after a week my hot flashes came back. I wouldn't recommend if hot flashes are the reason you're purchasing it.
