Surprisingly brilliant, works well dead easy to set up, super cheap for that it is. Connected my Audio through a Bluetooth adapter because I wouldn't rely on the speakers within. But for the price absolutely brilliant

The device gives all the functions of a factory fitted Car Play device.Sound transmission options are impressive, with three methods available: a built-in FM transmitter, AUX cable, and Bluetooth 5.0. Note to when using bluetooth the car stereo has to be set to bluetooth setting.Connection was easy and setup in a few clicks.Great value for its price.

I am very pleased with the functionality of this device which far exceeds my old infotainment system. However, it has a couple of failings. Firstly, it's supposed to transmit on an FM frequency of your choice. But I couldn't get this to work at all even though I fully understand this concept. I've reverted to using the 3.5mm jack lead instead. Secondly, the unit has a micro SD slot in the side. I couldn't get the system to recognise this as storage. To compensate, I had to put my entire music collection on my phone instead. Both these problems are not showing stoppers for me so I'm still pleased.

Got this for my son’s car because, as a glasses wearer, he struggles to see his phone screen whilst keeping his eye on the road.This Android Auto/Apple CarPlay screen is great for fixing that issue. It comes with attachments to fix it to your dashboard, a charging cable and an instruction booklet.Following the instructions, it’s easy to connect to you phone via Bluetooth. One thing to note if you’re using android, make sure your Android Auto app is up to date. My son’s wasn’t and we had trouble getting the connection sorted until we spotted this. As soon as the app was updated, this device connected seamlessly.The 7” display is large and clear and responsive to the touch. (I recommend turning off the ‘beep when touch’ noise!). You can open Waze or Google maps on your phone, set a route and it will appear on here, or you can type directly onto the screen itself. You can also open other apps such as radio, bbc news etc and it all streams through this device.The device sound can come out of an external aux connection, your car Bluetooth radio or out of the device speaker itself which actually surprised me how loud it can go, so if you don’t have Bluetooth on your car radio, don’t worry!You can also use casting to send video to the screen which is great if you’re stuck somewhere or on a ferry or something and want to watch a film to stave off the boredom.Overall, I’m really happy with the screen. It makes map reading in the car super easy thanks to the big, clear and responsive screen and the sound is clear and can go quite loud. Being able to cast to it is great too and my son loves this feature for when he’s camping. A good device and good value if you apply the generous voucher at checkout!

The Faumon Wireless Carplay Android Auto Car Portable 7” HD Touch Screen is well made of quality materials and appears robust. The screen comes with good instructions. It was easy to set up and synced instantly with my android phone, giving convenient touch screen and voice control over phone apps.I have mainly used it for navigation using Google Maps as the screen resolution is excellent and larger than a phone screen. I have not experienced any problems with it in nearly a month of usage. The Bluetooth connection with the car stereo is good and the touch screen makes using Spotify easy. I have not used all of the screen's other functions extensively, but they appear to work well. The facility to insert an SD card and expand the memory is useful. It allows us to use the screen as in car entertainment for our grandson, keeping him occupied during long journeys.The screen comes with two methods of mounting, a base that can be affixed using the supplied sticky pad or screwed to the dashboard and a base with a suction pad. The screen can be then clipped onto the bracket and removed for storage as required. The physical connection between the base and screen was very stiff to begin with and required considerable force to clip and unclip. This has eased with use.The screen does not have an internal battery and requires a power source. It comes supplied with an adapter that plugs into the vehicle's lighter socket. If for some reason a lighter socket is unavailable, alternative power arrangements will be required.The Faumon Wireless Carplay Android Auto Car Portable 7” HD Touch Screen is a useful addition to the car and at its current price of £79.99, is competitively priced with comparable products.Would recommend.

My item was dead on arrival....It wouldn't jurn on or do anything. It just refused to do anything.The seller was less than helpful. Making me jump through impossibley small hoops.Just avoid this thing.
