No more smelly litter scooping
The media could not be loaded. I recently picked up an automatic cat litter box, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed! It’s so convenient – no more scooping litter every day. The box automatically cleans itself after my cat uses it, and I love how much cleaner the whole area feels. The design is sleek, so it doesn’t look out of place in my home, and it runs pretty quietly, which is a huge plus.It does take a little getting used to for both me and my cat, but after a week, it’s been smooth sailing. The waste compartment is easy to empty, and I haven’t had any issues with it jamming or malfunctioning. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, but for the convenience, I’d say it’s definitely worth it. If you’re looking to make litter duty a little less of a hassle, I’d recommend giving one of these a try!

Keeps getting stuck in the same position
It was working brilliantly for about 2 months, now it keeps getting stuck in the same position... I've took the barrel off cleaned it check the wheels and wipe those, but it still gets stuck in the same position I've had it for 5 months now and for the price of it I don't think it should be doing that. It would have got a 5 star if it wasn't for that

Decent for the price but multiple 'niggling' issues in the last few weeks
I waited a good few weeks before reviewing this litter tray so I had a good amount of experience of use and could give a good all round review. Overall I still think that for the price this is a decent robot litter tray - a look through Amazon listings will show you many different brands selling this exact same tray but for various levels of price so you may as well order it from whoever has it cheapest. The app is lacking what I'd consider to be basic functionality (see more below) and lacks the ability to add a profile per cat (and it's pretty much the same app used by all the cheaper robot litter trays), but it looks like it's really only the expensive trays that have bespoke apps with this kind of functionality.Despite largely enjoying the freedom from scooping and the reduced to zero number of floor protests from a fussy cat who likes a pristine tray, I have however experienced a number of 'niggling' issues. The tray worked fine for the first week or so but I have experienced a number of issues over the last couple of weeks which I don't know if they are caused by my tray being faulty or more common issues with this model:* The infrared sensor is a bit bonkers. It will go off when I am at least 50cm away from the tray (double the length of the mat the tray comes with) and there's nothing else in the way of the sensor, but sometimes does nothing if I or my cat come right up to the sensor when the tray is operating. It has also been known to cause the cleaning cycle to stop for a good five minutes while it thinks something is by the tray.* When the infrared sensor is switched on it seems to interfere with the deodoriser causing it to stop and start for an hour instead of continuously running for the 30 minutes it's supposed to (and why 30 mins anyway - that's just excessive and there's no way to turn off the auto deodoriser or how long it runs for in the app).*If the tray begins a cleaning cycle while the deodoriser is running the two try to work at the same time and seem to conflict with each other. It regularly causes the tray to stop halfway through it's cleaning rotation (literally upside down and the tray to emit a high pitched beeping noise. The only way to stop it is to turn off the deodoriser on the app. When I'm not in the house to notice it though, I have no idea how long that goes on for but I assume until the deodorising completes and the cleaning cycle can then carry on. And my concern would be the cats trying to wee on the top of the barrel which has no litter in and it leaking and causing a mess. Or them getting hurt if it starts spinning again while they're in there.*The app initially showed usage data, but for the last 7 days has not recorded any usage data, despite recording excretion time and cat weight. My phone and the device are set to the same wifi network which was a solution suggested online but it hasn't fixed the problem.Turning off the infrared sensor does solve the two issues I'm having related to that (and weird how the setting in the app needs to be toggled on to turn off the sensor), but that reduces the safety measures which I'm reluctant to do, and I really shouldn't have to turn off a key functionality of an expensive product so it works! To stop the cleaning cycle and deodoriser operating at the same time, I'm considering making the cleaning interval longer than the hour the deodorising takes when the infrared is on, but am not even sure if that will solve the problem. And not ideal for fussy cats from a hygiene perspective. For the usage history problem I've tried the factory reset in the app but all it actually seems to do is reset the settings you may have personalised in the app - I expected it to treat the tray like brand new, remove the usage history etc. This is something I'd like to try to solve the problems I'm having but can't find out anywhere how to do it. When I synced the tray to a different app, it was in fact the same app but available under a different name, and the cat tray history and settings carried over to the new app. There's no way to get assistance for these questions from the seller or Amazon, who only gave me the option to return the tray for a refund. An extensive search of the internet revealed no videos or comment threads with people discussing the particular issues I have. I now have a few days to decide whether to try and get a return for an exchange on the tray which while a fair bit of effort would be worth it if it solved my problems.

Overall another waste of money
As this rotates into the self cleaning position it throws dirty cat litter on the floor, I have tried red the amount of cat litter I put in the machine and using are three quarters of a mug of cat litter seems to be cure the problem but the cat doesn't like so little litter in the tray so will not use it.Overall another waste of money

Work ok
Works fine our 3 cats have got used to it. It is easy too clean. My only complain is the remove odur after a week or so doesn't do anything. It used to smell nice bit now doesn't smell of anything. And no info on if there is anything I can change to help thee smell. Even though we replace the little a couple of times a week.

Not bad .. could be improved
Arrived yesterday overall first impressions good , minus a star because it’s not overly cat friendly .. my cats super anxious of it ..Entrance could be biggerFront plastic piece that came with it isn’t featured in instructions online or in booklet. Found out by searching through YouTube. If anyone else buys it, it’s for the front to catch litter from cats paws (makes entrance smaller again!)I’ll see how it functions next few days
