I've been taking this a month. I just purchased my 2nd bottle. It tastes fine, a little on the sweet side. When I first started taking it I would put it in a little water to dilute the flavor (along with black seed oil) now I just drop it in my mouth. I'm not sure if it helps or not. I did some research and it said it typically takes 6-8 weeks for it to work. I'm only at 4 weeks . I've experienced no side effects.

Not crazy about the sweet flavor.
I am not crazy about the flavor. If you like a sweet berry flavor, which I do, but not this one. I will continue to use it and hopefully feel the health benefits. I will order a different one and hope the flavor is what I like.

I have a hard time taking stuff that is horrible . The taste is amazing. Just started taking so not sure of the benefits yet !

Great taste and has given me an appetite
Taste is great. I noticed an increase in my appetite which is good. The vitamins are definitely working. Just started taking this week and looking forward to seeing the results in my hair and skin from inside out.
