I put it under my feet when I work on the computer or watch TV, and it automatically adjusts the operation mode to help me promote better blood circulation in my legs. It can adjust the speed, which is great. If you don't have time to exercise or are lazy like me and don't want to exercise, you can buy one to help you passively exercise.
