Works well and easy to clean

The second time I used this Toastie maker the casing cracked along the handle when I closed it on my sandwich. The casing appears to be all flimsy plastic not fit for purpose.I had one toaseie from it, shortly after receiving it, but now it is unusable.This was bought to replace a toaster I'd had for 10years +, so I am experienced enough to handle a very simple item of kitchenware. I have put in a request to return on Amazon but the only response has been a request for feedback about how they responded to my complaint

So nice and strong makes the toast be so crispy and good

Poor quality with the sandwich shakes too small for breadClip doesn’t close properly and feels like it’s going to snap

I accept this is a cheap and cheerful product, but used for the first time tonight and kept tripping my electric. Not a good product. I also have a kettle from this brand and it takes forever to boil. I won't be purchasing this brand again

found in very good price what all the happiness went into ashes when i saw the size of this sandwich maker . well yes it would have been working but definitely it was very small in size a normal size loaf of bread isn't gonna fix in it . you will have to look for small bread in size to make it work . quality is also cheap . rest there was n o problem at all in cleaning or using it just like the other sandwich makers . heat level was not up to the mark i would say . well it was not ideal for me to use .so had to return it .
