Arrived quickly. Very large and spacious. Fit normal size twin and full size mattresses. Takes time to put together but not a hard task. Looks good and holding up well. Absolutely love the desk and my daughter LOVES the lights that came with it.

Overall I enjoyed the look of the product but putting it together wasn’t a pleasant experience at all, some of the frame was warped or bent, missing the plug for the hanging bar screw, the wood screw holes only line up on one side not the other, some of the screw’s themselves had holes that were stripped by the time you screwed it in with the tool given so who knows how your supposed to get it apart without an allen wrench not sized correctly.

I like this bed I bought it for my son. He picked it out. It works well for him. I like all the features that it has with the outlet and lights, but the instructions were awful several times. I had to take a piece off and turn it around or turn it a different way. Also the inset on the wood ripped out in several places while we were trying to build it and so we just can’t fasten those corners it sticks together OK but for $200 and then the shipping cost on top of that I expected a little more. I’m not horrible upset about it, but if I had it to do over again, I would not buy this one again because the quality was not what I would like for the cost.

Very nice bed, kids love it! Easy to assemble, pay close attention to hole orientation of pieces in assembly pictures. Leave all bolts loose until everything is assembled. I've read bad reviews on this bed with missing or too short of pieces. I didnt have any problems, I assembled it by myself in 2hrs. Use your own tools, the ones provided suck! Be careful not to over tighten hardware as you can strip the fastener heads and dent the tubing. Once attached to the wall this bed is very solid. Very happy with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Took me 9 hours to put together. Not an easy build. The desk part was the most difficult because even if you follow the directions exactly, some holes don't meet up. I had to drill out holes to get the drawer to install properly. I also wish this came with a detachable ladder, as I cannot use either of the side ladders due to my available space. Had paint chips on many peices. Postives: once built it very sturdy

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Went together very easily as long as you follow directions. One piece was missing the threads for the bolt to screw into, but seller has offered to ship a replacement piece free of charge. Will update rating after I receive that piece. Otherwise, very sturdy. Lots of extras including the lights, bench, and shelves. We added the curtains and fairy lights and she is in love.Edited to add - replacement piece for perfectly. Thank you!

The bed itself is stable and a good bargin, but there were missing parts and drill holes weren't lined up and the bed rails are too short. I was lucky my nephew came over to help or it wouldn't have ever gotten put together. I contacted the company and crickets. My next step is contacting Amazon.

My 8 & 5 year old share this twin bed and they love it. Definitely need 2-3 people to help assemble this. But other than that it’s going good and standing strong. 💪
