Brilliant piece of kit. Two dogs at home and lots of water, grass etc even after wiping feet and removing shoes. Tried without vacuuming first as that was the whole point of buying and didn’t disappoint. Very clever machine, easy to setup, use and clean. Just like vacuuming without having to scrub the floor wasn’t tired after using it as normally feel after mopping. Just go over stain a few times and all gone. Picks up 99.8% of bits on the floor which is good enough for me; life’s too short to worry about every little speck. Water tank would be better if bit bigger but not essential. Best piece of kit I’ve ever brought, very happy so keeping it. Look forward to cleaning the floor now tbh as so easy to do and looks and feels a lot cleaner. Perfect for home with dog(s).

It arrived very promptly and was put into immediate use and the result was remarkable. My kitchen floor (tiles) is very prone to becoming quite dirty with what appears to be quite ingrained "stuff" (it is a thoroughfare). Suffice it to say that one session on the "DEEP" setting worked a treat and is far far easier than an "on your knees" scrubbing brush.Also, the floor was not awash after use and was quickly dry!Having to clean the brushes in the washing machine seemed a bit odd but again (gentlest / quickest setting and no spin) worked very well.I am fortunate in that I live in an area that has very soft water . . . . working the way it does, If I lived in a hard water area (say London) I would be very careful to use softened water.I have but one criticism and that is that I bought it and the very next day (when it was delivered) I looked again at the item on AMAZON and found that it was now in the Spring sale at a considerable reduction! :-)

Excellent! The whole of my ground floor is laminate or tile, the machine glides along almost by itself. No more pushing forwards or backwards as with other mop steam cleaners. It picks up debris at the same time, eliminating the need to hoover first, which saves time and energy. The Shark leaves no marks or smears, tiles are 'mirror like' when job is done

The best household product I have bought for some time. It steam cleans my tile floors beautifully (2 young kids and 2 dogs) I use it every night and it’s so easy to take off the pads and bung them in the wash. Really pleased with it. Could do with a longer cable though.

I have a shark cordless vacuum cleaner which I am really happy with, far better than Dyson IMO. I saw this item at a reasonable price on Amazon. I only have good quality laminate so can't comment about tiles. I am really delighted with this and amazed that it picks up debris as well as steam cleaning. If you used this every other day as I intend to, you probably don't need to vacuum the floor except to use a nozzle to go all around the skirting boards as and when. Its very easy to use, I didn't find it leaving streaks or pools of water as some people noted. This may be because you need to push forwards further than we're accustomed to with a hoover, then pull backwards slowly. I also opened the patio door to get a little air flow and the floor dried in minutes. The instuctions say cold water in the tank which I did, but I also added just a few drops of Zoflora disinfectant (a non foaming product) which made the room smell lovely as well. I can't see this would cause a problem with the machine but as I say, the instructions do say just water. I am very happy with this item, quick to plug in, heat up and use and simple to clean the debris and water tank, rinse the roller leave to dry for next time - but a spare is included anyway. I can recommend it, especially if you have pets or a busy thoroughfare and want to do your floor daily.

I love this product. Worked amazingly well on my, quite frankly filthy kitchen floor. Especially the area where the dog eats her tea - which came up a treat. I love the fact you don't have to use any chemicals, the steam does always disinfecting you'll need! There's even a steam spot spray, for particularly stubborn areas. Don't know how long the rotating pads will last, but they seem to holding up so far. The Shark steam & scrub almost makes mopping fun; well almost 😉

The steam mop did not clean my floor at all. Expected great things from Shark as have their vacuum, but the mop was absolutely useless on my tiled floor. Too light for the rotating brushes to have any effect & the steam seems to come out at too high an angle to clean. I am surprised & disappointed Shark.
