It's everything I need at a very low price. The machine looks perfect. No dents, stains or scratches. Inside there was no dust or any sign that it had ever been used. On the chassis back face, the alignment of the holes with the sockets for the Display Ports and PS/2 mouse and keyboard ports was a little off. I had to get a pretty physical to get the display port monitor cable seated but I got things to work. The system is compact, quick and quiet . Two 4 GB memory sticks provide plenty of memory, but they were not setup to take advantage of the dual channel memory feature. The sticks were installed in DIMM slots 1 and 2, both of which serve one channel. By moving the stick in slot 2 to slot 3 you can get the dual channel benefit. The tiny USB WiFi adapter works well. Manufacture date for the hard drive is July 20, 2014.

It was a good value and appears to run well.

Fast, low cost option to a "new" desktop. This is a premium quality machine that works very well. The Windows 10 installation is free of a lot of the garbage that comes with a new desktop machine. This appears to be a machine that was designed for business rather than home use.I have two minor things to note:1. The "WiFi" is via a USB adapter. This wasn't stated in the product description. The wireless is fast and reliable, so not an issue.2. There are no slots for SD, MMC, CF or other camera memory cards. This can be overlooked as there are a total of 10 USB ports (six 2.0 ports and four 3.0 ports) and USB card readers can be found on Amazon from $8 - $20.

This pc has hardware that does not meet Microsoft standards for updating to Windows 11. That means that when they retire windows 10 in 2025 these computers will be unsupported. Amazon dosent state this in the description of the pc.Supposedly these are renewed and refurbished by a Microsoft approved outfit. What they are in fact is obsolete. Contacting the seller was worthless. Response was it comes with windows 10. So You get to throw it out instead of them. Returning this. Buyer beware

This unit looks brand new inside and out. Came as advertised, windows 10-pro, dvd-rw. Wi-Fi dongle etc. Amazon delivered it on Sunday three days ahead of schedule. Setup was super easy, up and running in less than 30 minutes and I am still a newbie to the computer world. This unit is fantastic, all with a great price and service. I highly recommend purchasing from Skytech USA LLC and Amazon.

I use it for surfing the net, watching videos and cataloging digital pictures. I installed 2 Display Port to HDMI adapters and even with the 8 gb I have been able to use the monitors independently with good results for streaming. The 10 usb ports allow use of external drives for back up and playing ISO videos. I use a repeater hooked up to the ethernet port to access wifi. I don't game so this computer with Win 10 Pro is all I need and at a good price.

Edit: I contacted the seller, and they shipped me a WiFi dongle, so I'm all set now. I'm leaving the review at 4 stars because I encountered a message that said there was an error with the hard drive that needed to be repaired (the standard process repaired it), so I'm a little concerned about longevity. Still, it meets my needs for now........The computer itself seems pretty good so far. It's able to handle the minimal processing power my family needs but it's certainly nothing fancy. My only disappointment at this point is that I didn't receive a WiFi adapter although it seems that many other reviewers have received one, even those reviewing just a few days before my purchase. So I'll just buy one separately and it will still be a decent deal. I just wish I had known so I could have purchase one at the same time instead of having to wait to complete setup later.
