These little lights do exactly what the ads state: give you instant light in dark places. They are intended to be stuck on to a surface instead of holding. I used to light a 8 X 10 shadow box; it does exactly what I hoped for. See attached photo. Light is behind the MJ card lighting up top of 8 x 10 box.Do note they cannot be recharged or have battery replaced. Once cell wears out, it goes in the garbage. Cost, though, is about the same as paying for a battery in other lights. I've left one on for last 24 hours & still works. I'd buy again.

This little light is bright and can be used on power poles on your boat for your navigation light. I use 4 at a time and they have lasted 3 months in all weather. I let my power poles down and they are submerged in water and they still work. This is a great convenient way for early morning runs. Using 4 of these with 200 boats before take off and my lights are brighter than any pole lights on any of the boats. People ask me how are yours so bright lol. Tournament anglers can thank me later. All but one of these did not work. One out of a package of six lit up when I pushed the button.Edit: The one that worked had the button in the "off" position. Upon taking a couple out of the package, I discovered that they have an on/off switch that needs to be switched from left to right, so I don't know why the package would say to press to see how bright they are, as they were all in the off position. (Even the one that lit up!) Taking off a star for the confusing packaging. So far, 3 have worked.

These are great. I use them in my spice cabinet in my motorhome and also on my sewing machine for better lighting.

Handy for their tiny size and super bright, for which I would have given them four stars, even though the adhesive is worthless. However, I'm docking another because the maker nonetheless describes the adhesive as "powerful." Use double-sided Duck Tape if you need them to stick. I've not used them long enough to judge longevity; they're providing instrument panel illumination in my car, which is due to something more complicated -- and expensive to trace -- than a blown fuse.

I use these to light up the interior of the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I keep my trash can and some cleaners in that cabinet. I have aging eyes, so any amount of extra light helps in all kinds of situations. I'm finally on my 6th one in two year's time under my sink with 24 hour's use. When I bought these, light motion-activated usb- rechargeable lights weren't readily available. Will try that kind when these burn out, hoping they it give me even more 24-hour light under my sink. They do fall off, but I have wire shelves under the sink I rest my light on, so that's not a big deal for me. Would have just put a stronger gel type button dot (craft supply stores, scrapbook section) on the back if I needed them to stick longer.
