The insulation on the pipe between my unit and house had some loose and missing insulation. This covered that section perfectly! Sticks good and is easy to install.

I spent a considerable amount of time combing through reviews, trying to find the best outdoor insulation tape for my split top heating and cooling units that are based outside my home. As I found in the other reviews, this tape is quite sticky so it does a great job in Sticking to itself.One tip I have is that you can buy a wider tape and split it in half to extend it. Additionally, for areas that were difficult to get good adhesion (tight angles, narrow gaps) I used zip ties to keep it together. Those work really well in concert With this tape. I would strongly recommend this version. I haven’t used the more popular namebrand, but this works well and is competitively priced.

I liked the length and width it came in. Good price .Seems to be doing the job. I am happy with it.For my own experience, my pipes to the air conditioner were too close to the ground and I had to cut it in 12-16” lengths to be able to feed underneath the pipes. I may have been better off getting the 2” or 1”. Bigger is not always better.

Agree with other reviewers who stated this doesn’t adhere well. I carefully cleaned the outdoor AC pipe. The wrapping was a bit cumbersome as there were two twists in the pipe, but I just overlapped and it worked. About three weeks later there are portions that have lost adhesion. Unsure how long this will last.

Wrapped my air intake pipe with this and it is sticky and thick. Going to monitor it but any failure is not likely the product but the application.

I purchased two rolls and applied them to my backflow irrigation pipe, etc. exposed above the ground. It was easy to apply and quick to stick to the pipes. One roll did the backflow.

Replaced some crumbled tape on a Mini split line set.Easy to do and stopped the line sweating all summer long.Very pleased with it and after seeing how it's held up will be using some more on my main condenser line
