Very easy to set up just pair with Bluetooth and ready to use. Tried previous ones which were just a stick version but don't seem to be stable connection and pack up after a couple of days.Although this is slightly bigger and connects by small lead to box about the size of packet of cigarettes so far it has been superb no need to touch once plugged in and no issues with stability.

I decided to take a gamble on this as I couldn't see anything stating this would work with an aftermarket stereo but seemed to be made for newer cars with OEM setups.Arrived today and was simple to fit. I removed the dash facia and 4 screws holding my Pioneer SPH-DA160DAB in. I plugged the small box into the rear USB with the included lead and secured it behind the dash with the enclosed sticky pads.Replaced the unit and trim and started it up. Straight away the device was visible in my Bluetooth on my Galaxy S21 Ultra and paired without issue. After a few seconds the Android Auto logo flashed up and it connected exactly as it would if it was hard wired.Switched off and restarted and the song I was listening to kicked back in within around 10 seconds.Only done a few short journeys since but has worked without any issue.So pleased with it as saves plugging in each time then leaving my phone in the car each time and having to go back to get it. My phone stays in my pocket now - total game changer!Obviously early days so can't comment on reliability long term but so far really impressed!For the price it's a total steal! I have another high end Pioneer head unit in my van which was nearly a grand with built in wireless and this little box performs just as well if not better.

Products actually really really small it’s smaller than the palm of your hand and very thin as well. The photograph makes it look . Can I get into my i20 connected it via Bluetooth to my phone it works straight away there’s no lag using Waze satnav. Ironically doesn’t work with Amazon Music very well you can play music by pressing play on your phone and it will go through your sound system but if you’re searching for songs through the library on your touchscreen, it doesn’t really load anything.

Having researched expensive wireless Android Auto options, I took a chance on an open-box, budget-friendly version of this device for a major European road trip. My car's wired connection was unreliable, making a wireless solution essential for the 3000-mile journey.This inexpensive device was a pleasant surprise. It connected automatically and held the connection reliably for almost the entire trip. The only consistent issue was losing the connection when crossing international borders and mobile networks changed. Reconnecting required a car restart. However, given the significant cost savings and otherwise perfect performance over such a long distance, this minor inconvenience was easily acceptable. It delivered excellent value and made the trip much smoother.There is a good chance that the recurring glitch with the phone disconnecting from AA is a fault of the phone and not this device.

At first it worked great, but after 2 days of use it would completely disconnect when turning around corners and now has stopped working with my car - stating it's available but unable to connect unfortunately as this connects to a cable I think this causes the issue - I had mounted it on the tray to help with disconnecting but now unsuitable for my car.. I will buy a direct usb stick style to counteract this issue

Works on Android Auto I can't say for Car Play. This doesn't connect in 5 seconds lol maybe a minute but hay ho it works.

I no longer have to have my phone hooked up to a cable, all done via Bluetooth and connects automatically when I get in the car! Love it.
