Material used is not up to the mark.
1) The overall cosmetic is good but the material is not that Good .2 )Kind of substandard.3) Stitching is ok ok type.4) Definitely it's not water resistant.5) Doubtful that it's 38 Ltr , I think its 34 - 36.
