I was in doubt while ordering but one started using it (my spouse uses it) it turned out to be wonderful pillow giving support to tge neck. Moreover the size (width) is right, any higher than this would make it difficult to fot on standard queen size double bed

The pillow foam is good and helps you get a comfortable sleep, but all the cover that comes with it are a hinderence to good sleep. Hence I strongly recommend that you remove all the cover once you get it. And even the pillow cover that you add - should be loose so as to allow the pillow to deform freely. Additionally I put a warm soft towel that lets your skin breathe, on the pillow for a good sleep.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this memory foam pillow from Amazon, and it has truly transformed my sleep experience. Dosen't serve the purpose at all , absolute waste of money. I applied for return , nobody came to pick it up, second time I spoke to customer care then unfortunately I wasnt at home and requested him to come after 2 hrs he didn't and reported house was locked and every time when we want to return we have to cancel the previous one and now that product is non returnable. A very bad experience for the first time. The pillow is soooooo soft that it doesn't give support to the neck at alll.

The memory foam is very soft and inadequate to support neck or shoulder. without resting head on it, the thickness is around 5 inches, but if you put head on it, it compresses to 1 inch only. Though the packaging was good, when I opened it, the pillow was wet, though the outer cardboard box was dry. May be got wet in rain.

It's really comfy and light. I also carry this with me on trips or night outs. My neck doesn't pain anymore as it gives the best support to my neck. I use satin pillow cover with this which makes it more soothing for my face and hair.

My father in law have a severe neck pain. After buy this pillow he completely alright. Best pain relief and comfortable.
