I need these every time now. They help me so MUCH. When I have cramps and need to sleep I just put one over my high waist undies. Helps me sleep SOO well. Reduces so much pain and when I wake up 8+ hours later it's still warm. In my experience they last about 8.5 -10.5 hours. They're definitely worth it. Way more convenient than a heating pad.

These actually surprised me with how great these are. Although it says to apply to a layer of clothing, that didn’t work for me and instead I applied to my lower abdomen and received so much pain relief! It stays sticky all day, so easy to use, and great for the money.

These are horrible. They don’t work! Idk how they have decent ratings because they literally don’t work. I’ve re-read the instructions 10x over to make sure I’m using them right and I am 🤣 they don’t heat up at all, if they do in the slightest it takes a couple hours to get warm. You’re also supposed to stick these onto your underwear or shirt which I think is uncomfortable and bizarre?Better off just using a heated blanket or something. Will never buy these again

I’m so glad I bought these- my periods are irregular that I often forget how painful cramps can be. I decided to buy these after they appeared on my search for menstrual pain relief.Kinda pricey- but they definitely heat up gradually and helped reduce my cramps completely- I fell asleep with it on & as long as it doesn’t touch your skin directly you’ll feel the proper relief of warmth!

They don’t get very hot at all. It says put it on your underwear or shirt but I couldn’t feel it so I put it on my skin and had no problems. It just gets slightly warm
