This seems to be a good quality ACV blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

I have been using Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules and Gummies for some time now. I really liked the Extra Strength Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules. They were convenient and easy to take. I will continue to use them in the future.

It doesn’t help me to lose weights. Bummer

This is a great supplement. I have heard nothing but good information about apple cider vinegar. Unfortunately I am not able to add it to water and drink it like some other people. I also don't add it to regular foods or dressings often enough to get the full benefits that it offers. This is exactly what I needed. I can appreciate the convenience. I like being able to get the benefits the easy way. While these pills are very easy to take, they do smell like vinegar. The scent is intense, but thankfully, the flavor is not. The pills are easy to swallow capsules. The dosage is good ad I like the addition of vitamin D and zinc. I was surprised to find that this is is only a 30 day supply. Each dose is 3 pills. That makes it a little more undesirable. I don't care for any supplements that needs to be taken in 3 capsules, however it does have a large dose. I am not sure what the recommended the daily dosage should be and it is also not listed on the package. Even though I understand that it isn't a necessary supplement, I like having guidance when the recommendation is 3 to be taken at a time. Overall this isn't a bad supplement. I have had no negative side effects.

If you don’t like the taste of apple cider vinegar but you want the benefits, this product is for you!The recommended dosage is 3 of these good-sized capsules with a meal. I do get a tiny taste of the vinegar sometimes but for the most part this delivery method neutralizes it.I have not been taking them long enough to tell you how well it works, but the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar daily are very well documented.

When you open the bottle of Nature’s Peak Extra Strength Apple Cider Vinegar, you definitely know you’ve got ACV. These capsules smell very strong, but when you put them in your mouth, they don’t have that acidic taste you get from ACV gummies. In fact, they have no flavor at all. Just be sure you have your food on your plate and your bottled water open before you take them. Hold your nose, wash down the capsules with a lot of water, and immediately start eating. The directions say to take three capsules once daily with food. While I was setting the table and putting food on plates, I took one capsule. I wasn’t sure if I could handle three at a time and decided to start out small. By the time I sat down to eat, I could feel the burn. Fifteen minutes later, I started burping. I would not recommend taking a capsule, let alone three, without already having some food in your stomach. I don’t know quite how ACV is supposed to work, but this experience certainly reduced my desire for food, and I had to force myself to eat anything. In fact, just opening the bottle kills my appetite. This may actually help me lose weight. A three capsule serving of Nature's Peak Apple Cider Vinegar provides 1877 Mg of AVC plus 150% DV of Vitamin D3 and 118% DV of Zinc. It is non-GMO and is gluten free. It is made in a GMP facility and is third party tested. I will finish the 120 capsules, one meal at a time, but I probably won’t buy any more unless I gain back whatever weight I lose. I’ll just save a few capsules, open the bottle and sniff them any time I feel like snacking between meals and probably will keep the weight off.
