Interesting tech product. When I retired 20 some years ago I was a manufacturing manager in a high speed assembly operation, and how they sell these so cheaply I do not know. But...Works well with easy to understand instructions. With a 5% accuracy of measurement it's perfectly fine for home owners and such. I have a 16 foot umbrella that needs to be furled above 5 mph and this is what I'm currently using.Two things: it needs a clear button and a hold button. Other than that. What more do you want for $13!?

Considering its price point I fully expected it not having the accuracy and build quality of an instrument costing hundreds but unless you are a professional, pinpoint accuracy is not a must for the most of us and it works just fine.

I use it at the beach every morning. Appears to be accurate . I only wish that it gave the humidity..

Absolute garbage doesn’t detect 12 to 25 mph winds. It will work if you blow into it.
