Good and Handy product
Have been using this since 3+ years. Did not use much during the first year of purchase but during the Covid time, while working from home, there were (and still) times when I did not use my cars (XUV 500 and Santro) for 2-3 weeks and battery used to discharged. And this charger was very useful at that time. Though it takes long time (almost 12 hrs if your battery is fully discharged) but it does a pretty good job.

Fantastic and Dependable product.
Product purchased on 26th February 2021Writing review on 22nd March 2021.I have a Toyota Etios Petrol variant car and Bajaj Avenger 200 Motorbike (with out manual Kick). Due to Lockdown vehicle didn't ran for a longer term and with Work from home guidelines, taking my vehicles out only on weekends to perform household works. Gradually with lesser runs, most of the time I find car and bike's battery partially or fully down and vehicles says NO to start. I got tired of paying to garage mechanics for jump starts and giving battery to charge frequently. I was losing money and time. After going through multiple reviews on YouTube and Amazon, purchased Bosch C7 battery charging device. I must say product didn't disappointed me. It turned a wise decision.Features which I felt pretty cool while using the device.1.It is user friendly and easy to connect device to battery.2. No need to monitor it time to time, you can plug it and leave it to work silently.3.You can easily figure out in which stage the charging process is right now, device shows the stage of charging in a circular pattern which illuminates.4.Pressing mode button again and again switches to other modes (AGM, Regeneration and Power supply) one by one, which is a good feature.5. Built quality is also good. Can last long if properly taken care and stored.6. Wall Mount option is also a good accessory. So far I used the product to charge batteries of car (Toyota Etios) and bike ( Avengers 200), and it didn't disappointed me.For my car battery it took almost 7-8 hrs, and for my bike battery almost 3-4 hrs.Charging time can differ battery to battery as per it's capacity and condition.I realised while charging my bike's battery, device wais making clicking sound (tick-tick) in the trickle mode, which I found normal.Overall a reliable and convenient product to use at home.

Overall Product Review
Experience of 1 time usage:> Charging: Excellent and will take 2 hours to charge full battery(12 V 45 MAH - Ford Ecosport) from25 % to 100 %.> Maintenance: Zero> Easy to use: Only plug and push one button, rest charger will do.> Heating charging and Battery: No complaint related with heating.> Compare with C3: We can say C7 is rapid/fast charging in compare to C3 and if you have heavy vehicle then buy C7.> Compatible : We can charge almost all vehicle's ( Bike, Car and heavy vehicle) battery> Value for money: Slightly high price but completely satisfy post usages

Worst
Avoid this at any cost. Stopped working and Bosch service is non-existent regarding battery charger. The screws are non-openable and the charger is unserviceable. If you are making a product which is so unreliable then, why are you making screws in such an idiotic way? Worst company worst product culture.

Works well
I recently got anti rat device and that drains battery in 2 weeks if car is not used. There was no option to uninstall that device so was looking for battery charger.Previously I had lost two Bullet batteries because of charging issues because I didnt use Bullet frequently. So this device would pay for convenience and in saving batteries. I have to admit that the cost is about 2-3k higher (I paid 6.5k) so chance of fake returns (after charging battery) is high.First let me address issues raised in other reviews:- heating: there is no heating. So if your unit is heating too much then contact Bosch support or Amazon. It just gets mildly warm. Though don't charge in broad daylight if you have parked car outside. That's not good for battery as well.- charging time: I measure battery prior to charging and it's voltage was 9.1V. It took about 6.5 hours to charge fully. My car battery is 5 years old and electrolyte "eye" is no longer visible. So this time might be less for good battery. Fully charged voltage is 13.1+ voltage. Again this might be higher for newer battery.Overall I don't mind keeping it for the convenience and reliability. This unit is made in China and I would have liked a longer cable and that the wire clip could have been stronger like that of jumper cable (Amazon brand) and could have been of thicker insulation because of probability of getting scratched near metal car parts. For garages this may work well. But for outside parking you may need attention wire because the supplied one is not of enough length.
