To make that perfect Chinese curry, you need extra special ingredients. This product has everything you would need to obtain authenticity. Glad I bought 2 tubs. Perfect depth of spice for my family.

Allergy and ingredients are wrong and no communication from seller when contacted to rectify the problem. This product contains wheat which is not included in their description

I gave this product a four star only because on delivery one of the packs was broken and had leaked everywhere. However it's a very good product easy to mix and use and a good taste.
