Exactly what it's suppose to be

I use these with my students' reader/writer notebooks. They work really well for creating sections, and they stay put well.

I wanted these to keep my notes organized in my notebook. They are nice to have. They have been easy to use and they are reposition able for those of you who like me can't put them on straight. My only issue with them has been regular pens don't write well on them. I have had to use a fine point sharpie for it to be easy to read. Not a big deal, just something to note.
