Had this Fridge for over 5 months so can now report back the pros and cons, here goes:Pros:Very quiet running.Compared to our 10 year old Samsung there is much more usable interior space. The internal cooling vent system is more slimline and better thought out, leaving lots more space.Good interior lights.Exterior finish wipes clean easily.Fridge and freezer cools food/drink very quickly. This was mentioned in the Which Best-Buy report.Much more slimline ice-maker system takes up far less freezer space than our last fridge.Came with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.Cons:I would prefer the water & ice dispenser to default back to water after use. People keep leaving it on crushed ice and I get showered in it when not paying attention and expect water to come out.Can be fiddly to get the doors aligned correctly after installation.That's it.

I got the pre-owned version and, except for a very small scratch on the side, it was absolutely perfect. Works flawlessly, looks great, and the features like Smart Conversion are incredibly useful. Definitely worth the price!

Nice size fridge, freezer smaller than i thought, quite narrow. Works silently. Delivery guys really nice. Recommend paying for them to at least take packaging away as it is really difficult to get polystyrene off from bottom. I thought i had paid for this service when ordering but it didn't go through. Was not able to add on separately. The fridge freezer comes on wheels so easy to position into place. Make sure to take into account all the measurements as it is quite deep. Overall, happy with everything and Samsung make excellent fridge freezers. Our last one (19 years old) was a Samsung, big fridge and freezer space was great, even though not American style. Highly recommend.

Appliance arrived damaged (dents and deep scratches on both doors), no option for replacement. Refund only with a collection date of 9 days later and money back after 14 days once collection had been made. As this was a fridge freezer which is a necessity especially with two children I am appalled at the after care service provided by Crampton and Moore and Amazon themselves. Replacement and collection same lorry, THINK GREENER!!

Ok before you buy, measure your old one, ours was a kenwood similar design but had handles on the doors, they are recessed in the samsung! Making it marginally deeper and a pain getting through our doors!, the delivery people were excellent and what should have been a 5 minute job became 30 minutes!, but they stuck with it removed 3! Doors and finally it's in place slightly deeper than the last but I can accept that.Loads of space inside and enough shelves on the doors for all your bottles

This does come with all the plumbing and filter required to install the water to the fridge! The water pipe I would say is around 2-3m long but was plenty enough for me. You do need tools to tighten the fittings. A spare 3/4 appliance outlet is required. Before I connected the pipe to the fridge I connected the filter and flushed it through before attaching to the fridge then flushed it again. Ice machine is great so far takes 12 hours to dispense a decent level of ice. This fridge is such good quality and looks good.

The delivery experience was very disappointing. The fridge was originally scheduled to arrive on a Monday, and I stayed home all day waiting, but no one showed up. Later, I found out the delivery had been rescheduled for the next day without any notice. When it finally arrived, the delivery team didn’t even knock or inform me—they just left the fridge outside. As someone who is pregnant, I cannot lift heavy items, and they made no effort to bring it inside or offer any help. I had to call family members to come assist me, which was extremely inconvenient.To make things worse, it started raining shortly after. If I hadn’t checked outside in time, the fridge could have been damaged. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the water dispenser requires installation by a brand-certified technician in order to keep the warranty valid—this wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand.Despite the poor delivery experience, the product itself is quite good. There were a few minor exterior damages, but nothing major considering the price. Overall, I’m satisfied with the fridge, but the customer service and delivery process were very frustrating.

The fridge freezer is great, but it arrived with damage to a door. Contacting Crampton & Moore (the seller) was fruitless and frustrating, while Amazon would only accept return of the entire item. Wasteful and expensive, given that it cost me £200 to have it carried up 5 flights of stairs. Samsung was a lifesaver though and sent an engineer to replace the door under warranty, without quibble. A stressful experience overall, but worth it due to the great quality of the fridge freezer!
