SOFT VERSION - COMFORTABLE
I wanted a new pillow. I ordered the soft version, as I am not comfortable with a FIRM pillow. I'm a side sleeper and this seems to be comfortable. I just got it two days ago, and so far, so good, no neck aches. Try things out with Amazon and if you don't like you can return, that's the great thing about shopping on Amazon. But I believe I will be keeping this. I looked up the materials it's made of (Tencel and Microfiber, the pillow cover). Seems to be great for my skin and is nice and soft. Not sure about the cooling technology because it's not summer anymore, so will have to wait for that. But it's comfy and gives me enough support without being too hard. I recommend the soft version if you don't like FIRM and want support, works for me so far. will update if any issues arise. The cover is very soft on skin. Thank you for reading.

Good pillow for the price
While this doesn’t compareTempurpedic memory foam pillow I’ve used for years, it is a good quality pillow for the price. It would be more comfortable for me if the thin area of the pillow was thinner to provide a more neck support.

Surprisingly comfortable for side sleeping
Even though Soft-Standard, pillow has plenty of support for my neck. Pillow fluffed up in a few hours after removal from box. This is about my 3rd or 4th contour pillow I've tried, and so far it's the best. I think it's because it is made of memory foam, whereas the others were not.

Not very thick or supportive
Thought the pile would fluff up a bit but after days passed i knew it wasn't getting any thicker. It's thinner than expected or shown, and just doesn't provide the comfort they claim to offer. I'll just go with the 40$ price range ergonomic pillows from now on, usually you do pay for what you get.

Good pillow, just not for me
I promised myself I'd give this pillow at least two weeks' use before reviewing it, and I managed almost three weeks before putting it in the guest room.It is a good pillow, especially for this price. There is a high and low side, and there is a removable and washable outer covering. I looked at several similar pillows at various price points in retail stores before clicking the order button on this one, and I think it is equal to any that I looked at "live." It is a generous size and has some heft to it, so doesn't move around on you. Pillows are a lot like shoes in that you really can't know if it's going to work for you until you try it. For someone who is a back or side sleeper, who likes a medium firm pillow, and who can sleep without trying to stick their hands under said pillow, it's probably going to work.As for the claims of it being cooler and having air flow ... eh. Maybe. I'm a "hot' sleeper and cannot stand a too warm pillow. I end up "pillow flipping" to find a cool spot with most pillows, so I usually sleep with a buckwheat pillow, which is super firm and just doesn't retain heat. So by comparison, yes, the foam pillow did retain heat. Was it so much heat that I was uncomfortable? No. It certainly stayed less warm than many poly-filled or foam pillows I've slept on when traveling or in others' homes.I'm going four stars rather than five for two reasons. There's no help for the first; the second can be remedied.1. The description of the product says it is extra firm. I found it to be medium. Had it been extra firm, I might have liked it more.2. I think the washable cover is too thin to do much to protect the pillow from accumulating a buildup of head oils or odor, nor do I think it will withstand frequent washing. Since you can't wash the pillow at all, it's important to have a good protector on it.
