My massage therapist recommended getting a foam roller to help stretch my back and improve my posture. I grabbed this one because of the price and I’m really glad I did. I use it regularly and it’s been a great addition to my routine.It helps loosen up tight muscles and I’ve even started using it at my desk during the day to remind myself to sit straighter. The quality feels solid and it hasn’t worn down or lost shape. For the price, this was a great buy. I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend it to others looking to work on posture or back tension.

Works, right size
This is the same size as the one at the PT office, works fine for me. It's quite stiff, and could use a little bit of external cushioning for total comfort like the one in the office, but not enough to be a problem, I can do my 2 minute PT exercise at home quite easily.

Exactly what I expected
Andrew Huberman, Peter Atia, Andy Galoin they have all had guests on their podcasts discussing the benefits of rollers and I initially bought one that was too hard with an aggressive protrusions that bruised my back everytime I used it. Needless to say I hardly used it. I later heard that softer more forgiving material was actually better so I bought this one and it's way better. I'm not getting bruises anymore and I'm using it regularly

Good quality product
This foam roller works as expected. It is firm and targets tight muscles. It has been used on floors that are not perfectly clean and has not developed any dents or divots in the foam. The foam is durable and a great quality. It is large enough to be comfortable for all body parts, but slightly too large to fit in a gym bag.

Not rock hard, there's a little give in the foam. Seems to be fine? Time will tell.
