Recently started an overnight security job where I just sit at a desk and check in construction workers to the job site. If it was not for these little caffeine pouches, I’m sure I would’ve been let go for sleeping on the job lol. They have a pleasant taste that last a surprisingly long time. As well come in a variety of flavors. Some of the construction workers wanted to try them and ended up asking where I got them and ended up buying some themselves. So a good product imo

Obsessed with these LFGO pouches. I use them before my early workouts and I love that I don't have to deal with an energy drink sloshing around in my stomach. The flavor is solid and I like that I can keep it in my mouth and enjoy it throughout my workout. Also way cheaper than pre workout and energy drinks... win win.

The taste is amazing but it will get bitter from time to time but they should make one with creatine for a pre workout pouch

Bought for my husband as a replacement for energy drinks and he loved these! They work a lot better than energy drinks and give you more energy. The taste is great and the size is good to put in mouth

Great for caffeine, but tastes terrible and leaves a horrendous after taste in your mouth.
