If I’m just doing easy training runs then big standard electrolytes are fine, but if you’re pushing the intensity or racing then you need these bay boys. The tablets can easily be broken up into smaller pieces if you want to add just a small amount to a bottle of drinking water to help you stay hydrated - or else make a more concentrated does if you are very active and sweating a lot.
