It was entirely a waste to purchase this product and it is not worth of the money despite of being Reef for best it is a totally crap garbage and it never started what properly every time there is some issue and the entire system stops working Amazon you have done terrible job by putting this into your list and asking people to buy it this is this was not at all expected from Amazon

Excellent product at this price, electric shock in CPU.
Except a electric current leakage in CPU, this product is very good and working software very well.This is for basic working and not for big task.I am looking for customer support.

Desktop Function
We recently ordered this desktop for our office, and overall, we are very satisfied with the product. The desktop arrived in excellent condition, but we initially had an issue with the keyboard. However, after reaching out to customer support, they promptly sent a replacement, which resolved the issue. The new keyboard works perfectly, and we appreciate the swift and efficient response from the support team. Great customer service and a reliable product!

No Interent connectivity
It did not connect to the internet from day 1. Amazon assigned a technician to inspect. Technician did not come and rescheduled the request twice. Amazon advised to connect with HP support for defective certificate. lots of trouble. Trying to return/ replace the Product at the moment(day 7) . Stuck in a loop with Amazon -HPAvoid the Product and save your time, effort and money.Edit 1 (day 8) product return initiated to Amazon - missing Wi-Fi components

Got issue after 15 days of delivery, but warranty covered by new jaisa team , wifi connectivity was poor , but slow customer service process from new jaisawe need to wait 10 to 15 to connect with customer care

Cost effective
In the given cost, I got new led screen, mouse, wifi dongle, keyboard. Nice system in the given price. Windows 10 works excellent. Just sometimes the cpu fan makes lot of noise. Bootsup in less than one minute.
