Worst experience at amazon.
My worst purchase at Amazon. The machine is heats up instantly and when I called tried to contact amazon for replacement within 1 hour of delivery, they denied it saying my reason isn't valid. Secondly, the screws starts to loose while machine is used and eventually it comes out which is why I tried contacting amazon yesterday for support but I was kept at a screen that said ' don't exit the screen you'll get call from amazon technician' and I waited for 20 minutes but didn't get any call. Didn't even use it for one day.
