Good book. Worthwhile read

Being a single company without an LLC is not good, especially when you are all alone running your own business. If someone decides to sue you they can take everything, but having a company and registering with your state as an LLC, if you ever run into a problem and get sued, only your business will not you and your personal things! So buy the book and study well and follow everything that your business needs as an LLC. Congrats on having a business and upgrading to an LLC. Trust me, you going to feel so good you did.

This book saved me $1,000 in attorney's fees! Great place to start educating yourself with LLC (Single-Member) knowledge.

This book's main virtue is that it is slim. I have trouble reconciling the fact that I shelled out for the latest, greatest edition, and then I find the part about how to maintain your file folders. At the end, it suggests looking into keeping electronic records. I am not alone in running an online business, and I can't think of a single paper record I could file. It would be neat if they updated this for the 21st Century, and maybe even work in an introduction to accounting software options. It's the future, folks.
