A good magnesium supplement
My GP has asked me to regularly take magnesium for a while, so I am always on a look out for a good manganese supplement. I have now been taking a magnesium tablet for more than 3 months and this pack contains 2 months of magnesium for me as I take one tablet only a day.So far, I have been pleased with this supplement. No problem in taking them as they come at a good enough size and taste good too. After a few weeks of taking these tablets, I have started to notice a some difference especially I feel less pain in my fingers in the morning as compared to before taking these tablets. I think that this is related to taking these tablets. This is a good quality magnesium supplement that comes with 2 month supply, as I am taking 1 tablet a day. It is a good value for money product and I highly recommend these. Just check with your GP first in case of you are taking any blood pressure medicine as manganese could make them week so don't start taking them until your GP recommends them.

Effective, Gentle, and Easy to Digest Magnesium Supplement
I’ve been taking the **Pure Magnesium Glycinate (Bisglycinate) 1300 mg** capsules for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall well-being. This supplement is gentle on my stomach and provides a highly absorbable form of magnesium.**Pros:**- **Highly Absorbable Formula:** The magnesium bisglycinate is known for its high absorption rate, and I’ve definitely noticed quicker, more consistent effects compared to other types of magnesium.- **Gentle on Digestion:** These capsules are easy on the stomach, unlike some other magnesium supplements that can cause digestive upset. I’ve had no issues, even with daily use.- **Boosted with Prebiotic Inulin Fibers:** The added inulin fibers are a nice touch, as they seem to support digestion and contribute to overall gut health.- **Supports Muscle Relaxation and Sleep:** I primarily use magnesium for muscle cramps and better sleep, and this product has really helped with both. I wake up feeling more rested and have fewer muscle aches.**Cons:**- **Large Capsules:** The capsules are a bit large, which may be challenging for those who struggle with swallowing pills.- **Only 60 Capsules Per Bottle:** For a daily supplement, 60 capsules don’t last long, so I would have preferred a larger bottle option.**Overall Impression:**Pure Magnesium Glycinate (Bisglycinate) 1300 mg has been an excellent addition to my daily routine. The high absorbability, gentle effect on digestion, and added prebiotic fibers make it a superior choice among magnesium supplements. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to support muscle health, sleep quality, or general well-being.---

Too early too tell, but so far so good
It’s hard to tell how much of an effect these magnesium tablets have had so far. I’ve been having them for just over a month now, to aid my recovery from running and exercise and to help my sleep.I take one before bed, which seems to have helped me sleep better, and get to sleep quicker, but its hard to say if they have helped my recovery from exercise just yet. I think overtime they will help to improve my muscle recovery if I continue to take them daily. They come in a small plastic container, with minimal packaging, which is good as sometimes these items come with a lot of wasted plastic.

Great
Great value for two bottles. Capsules could be smaller, but still nice.

Seems OK
My wife and I have both been taking Magnesium Glycinate for a few weeks now to try and improve our sleep. Difficult to know if its been making much difference but I do feel our sleep has been improved, however no idea if the Magnesium plays any part in that or not.I've tried several different brands, and to be honest they're all much of a muchness to my eye. These are large white capsules, much the same as all of the other ones and if anything, a bit on the larger size of average - although we haven't experienced any problems with swallowing them. They're odourless and tasteless and neither of us experienced any negative reactions as a result. The serving is 2 capsules before bed and with 60 in the bottle its a 30 day supply. These particular capsules claim to be manufactured in Bulgaria and are Vegan, Halal, Kosher, Gluten Free and GMO free. The best before date is around 21 months away. The 'differentiator' for these is down to the inclusion of Inulin Prebiotics to 'help absorption' and they claim it is 'not buffered' which prevents 'gastrointestinal disturbances', (although neither my wife or I have had any such issues with the three other brands we've tried.) They also say the bottle is double sealed to prevent oxidisation!Interestingly, these capsules contain more Magnesium Glycinate at a supposed 1300mg than many other brands that are typically only 1000mg, however this results in only 156mg of elemental magnesium, which is lower than many (typically 200mg). Consequently the magnesium as a percentage of daily value is just 42% which is a little lower than many brands. The price is on the high side compared to many other brands so who knows if that is a reflection of the quality or just high pricing. From the consumption perspective, I can't say I've noticed anything notably different from any of the other brands I've tried. There's a QR code on the bottle that takes you to their 'digital insert', for which they claim an environmental win for the lack of paper, but this just seems to be some 'free gift' or 'offers' in exchange for information regarding your order. I can't elaborate further as I didn't do it.
