I bought this for myself despite reading a lot of reviews complaining that it’s impossible to put together. It’s not. Is it challenging? Absolutely!Some tips — pay close attention to the pegs beneath the current layer you’re working on, as this will ensure you catch any misplaced pieces early. Do not proceed to the next layer until you are 100% sure everything is in place correctly.Buy a large magnifying glass with a light — it will make a big difference when trying to figure out which shaped pieces go where. It can be done with the naked eye, but it’s difficult.I am 38 years old and I found this quite challenging, so I don’t think it’s a good choice for kids under 16. It’s also lots of tiny pieces.Toward the very end, I was missing a handful of pieces, but there were enough spares to use to replace those even though they weren’t exactly the same shapes — you could make it work.Overall, highly recommend, but I can understand how some people may find this set way too complicated to enjoy putting it together. It probably took me a total of about 8-12 hours total to complete.

My kiddo is a huge lego fan and even though this is a knock off brand its actually very nice. The blocks are strong and well made. This was a easy set to understand, it did take my kiddo sometime to do approx 4 days to complete. However it's good it takes time otherwise defeats the purpose of a building kit. All the pieces where there. Overall it was fun and turned out to be a beautiful piece to hang up on the wall. The only thing we've been looking into is spraying it with some kind of glue to make it more permanent once hung. The pieces dont come off its just more of a extra precaution.

Missing several pieces…We were quite excited about the chameleon and then VERY disappointedThere were only 5 total dark green pieces, and the instructions clearly call for more… I decided to press on, because the chameleon still had potential to be a good piece. But when there were no flowers, it was too much missing too soon to continue attempting the build.The pieces were not in a reasonable order, and if they packaged differently in the future, they may find that missing pieces are caught faster.There was also a random piece of plastic in with the pieces that made no sense and didn’t go with anything.Don’t buy.

Not for kids or anyone who gets frustrated easily Instructions are not very clear, have to count knobs on board when first starting and make sure to pay attention to spacing. Have a knife or something handy to remove pieces when put on wrong because it’s impossible to get pieces off otherwise.Before starting to put together i recommend comparing all the pieces that should be in the packs to what the instruction booklet says. Also make sure all steps are written in the instructions. Mine is missing #9 so now after hours working on it, I can’t finish it. Very disappointed in this product as this is now the 2nd one I’ve bought from this company and both had something wrong with it that prevented being able to finish it.

100% worth it. Took me roughly 15 hours to complete as a 30 year old engineer. If you look at the instructions and it looks fun, this puzzle is for you. If it looks confusing, it will be miserable.Very difficult.TIPS: Cross out the instructions after completing a layer to prevent confusion on which step you are on. I had a knife next to me to help pry out pieces i put in incorrectly. Pay attention to the spacing and be accurate. It matters in the long run. Anyone younger than 16 will need an adult to assist.

I bought this Lego kit for my grandson. He seemed thrilled. In the end, I actually bought 2 of these kits- one to just have on hand for another opportunity for a gift. I was very pleased with Amazon!

Very small pieces! But nephew loves it.

There are A LOT of pieces and pretty small pieces. My grandson loves legos and often puts everything together very fast. This should take him a bit. Excited to see what it looks like when he completes it
