Pretty cool for the price
This is a cool little box. I like the simple, compact, and sleek no-frills design. I got this to mix a couple of my synths, and it works ok. My complaint is the output. I have to crank at least one of the volumes to max and work from there to get a usable mix with a reasonable volume. But hey, for the price it's pretty good.

Great little passive mixer
Needed this to be able to quickly add music into my meetings. This thing did the trick for me, without me having to have a big mixer out (which I had been doing). It worked right out of the box and did all I needed to do. Music, and microphone coming from one same place to my meeting's mix.Samll, portable, simple, and affordable.

Very simple mixer
Pretty cool little mixer. The included instructions say not to take it apart, but there isn't really much here to take apart. Just some pots, resistors, and din connects. Audio quality is pretty solid, didn't notice any background noise, but maybe I got lucky or just haven't waited long enough for the eventual 'fall-apart' phase of all this cheap stuff. For the price, meh, not bad.

Works Very Well
I tried to stress test this to see if it can really handle four unrelated inputs at once, and it works perfectly. I didn't notice any noise aside from having four completely discordant songs playing at once, and the balance adjustment works perfectly. As a passive mixer, it does exactly what it says it does. Like any other mixer, especially passive mixers like this, the quality of your audio source and audio cables matters, so if you find yourself having trouble with it, maybe try switching out a cable or two just to be sure before attempting to return it or anything.

Usefulness somewhat limited for a professional musician – but may be handy for a DJ?
The description says professional audio series on the box - but it seems it would be more useful to the home enthusiast. That person would also need some amplifier to boost the sound loud enough to be heard. Here are some pointers if you are considering this:•The inputs are actually for something the size of a headphone jack.•Its usefulness would be very limited for a professional musician but maybe this would be handy for a DJ.•The mixer itself is very small, all of the sides are open, so it seems it would need some type of protection.(photo with pen included for size perspective).
