For reference: Female, over 40I hope this review can help someone who is considering purchasing these gummies. I had labs done back in September 2024 and my total cholesterol was 214 and my LDL was 136. My doctor advised that I should try to get the numbers down before she would consider prescribing medications. So I did a little research and decided to purchase these gummies to help. I didn’t delete anything from my diet but I did add in fiber gummies, oatmeal, carrot juice, and coconut water. I also don’t eat beef or pork and haven’t in many years. In March 2025 I had my labs redrawn. My total cholesterol number is 183 and my LDL number is 118. I’m not sure if the additions to my diet helped but since I like them I will be keeping them. I’m sure the cholesterol gummies played a big role in my numbers decreasing. I still have some work to do but I am very pleased. Again, I hope this helps.

It's too early to say if it helps my cholesterol but I can say the gummies taste good and don't upset my stomach or anything. I've added it to my daily regiment. Will update next time I check on my cholesterol level.

They taste great, I’ll see if they’ll helping at my next physical. I tried different gummies that tasted bad and left an aftertaste, not a problem with these gummies.

The taste is nice of mixed berry flavor. I bought the 2 pack bottles to see if this product will help lower my cholesterol levels before my doctor puts me on prescription cholesterol meds. I am happy with the prouct and taste, BUT not happy they are all clumped and stuck together inside the bottle. It's a challenge to get them out. I have to stick a butter knife or fork in the bottle to get 1 out. Maybe the manufacture can think of something that is zero calorie to lightly dust or coat the gummies so they don't all stick together and stick on the inside of the bottle. I take Vitafusion women's multi (berry flavor) every moring with 1 of these gummies, and those gummies flow freely from their bottle, no stickiness

Wish there wasn’t so much sugar, but outside of that, they work well and taste great. Triglycerides have lowered since taking daily.

Luv gummies instead of pill

Well, my cholesterol is up and i did not want to get on a prescription at this time. Therefore I opted for a supplement/ vitamin that contains red yeast rice and a plant sterol. I decided to try the Cholesterol gummies. They taste great which makes them easy to take. I will be getting a lipid panel run in about a month and will see how effective it has been for me along with exercise and healthy diet. A two month supply for $24 - $38 is very reasonable. I have not had any side effects. My energy level and joints seem great. Aug.12, 2024 Tot. Chol., LDL, HDL, all high.UPDATE:Have taken this supplement since Sept. 2024. Had blood work done April15,2025, my numbers are down. I did try to eat more healthy, exercise at least 4x per week and take supplement faithfully. I also intentionally ate oats in my smoothies and tried to eat an apple a day. With all this I did get better results but I still have a way to go.Total cholesterol from 362 to 275LDL from 263 to 200HDL 62 to 57-wish this would not have gone down!I will continue to take away fas and add veggies and fruits maybe add 1 more day of exercise.But I am pleased.
