Very good standalone door lock, app onboarding was very simple too, quality product delivered exact features required finger print, access key and bluetooth unlocking at the right price point. Installation team scheduling and work completion was done very efficiently. Central team is very well trained and respond over whatsapp in timely fashion.

Recently I bought a lock from Lavna.It opens in multiple ways:1. Biometric2. Number lock password3. RFID cards4. Key.This product functions on 4 batteries- it’s best to use the Duracell as they are most compatible with the product.The customer care team were very prompt with follow up after delivery of the lock, to sending Tecnician on scheduled time and post installation support.The technician was skilful and provided complete installation on a fixed wooden door.He drilled the wooden door and fixed the lock and did the complete app setup on the phone.He provided tutorial on how to add finger prints and rfid cards to the device.Overall - Great Experience!The lock looks great, has a fast turn around time of 3 secs which can be changed.It looks pretty safe from the functionality point of view and has value for money !Highly recommended!

Product is good

We had purchased the lock in May. First of all, they don't service all locations, so don't bother if you don't stay in any location that they don't service. They say it's easy to install but it's a hassle as many carpenters don't know.And we couldn't return the product as that's not allowed.Now, in less a year, the door is NOT LOCKING, that's on our main door. After talking to customer care, where the person actually told me to put the batteries of same brand as that makes a LOT of difference, we still don't have an answer. They are now saying that the motor is not working and they will send it to us, without any care as to what we can do in the mean time.Horrible experience with product and customer care. Don't recommend this lock or this company.

Great product. Functionality - good, can be improved with more features. Especially the bluetooth connectivity range. But overall, a great product at this price point. No hiccups in the first week. We also had a good customer service, where the executive on the phone walked us through the features/functions of the product, and cleared our doubts regarding its usage. Service - very good. Three cheers to their executive Mr Anurag, for helping us navigate through the product usage.

It's a great addition to the Home. Overall good App UI and functionality. Will definitely recommend for those in Apartment.
