I got this after reading that quercetin could help with inflammation. I can't tell whether it actually works, I can't say I've noticed a big difference but at least this product is high in vitamin C which is always good to have. They come in the shape of little gummy bears and have a good fruity flavour so they are actually quite easy and pleasant to take each day. It's also a nice big tub so it's quite good value, although a dose is 2 gummies sometimes.

I am struggling with how to review these.I got 3 different types of Fraction One supplements on the vine program with supposedly completely different ingredients.However, they all smell taste and look exactly the same, and I mean exactly.They are all teddy shaped gummies that smell like strawberry laces and they pretty much taste like Strawberry laces too.Don't get me wrong these are delicious. But as all 3 types seem to look the same, same colour, smell and taste the same I really do think they are just expensive jelly babies.So either these have zero active ingredients in or the amounts are so low as not to affect the taste. Either way not what you want.I got the wife involved to taste and she agreed she couldnt tell the difference.The company Fraction One doesn't seem to have a website to put questions to them, only a presence on x (twitter) which I don't do.I hope Amazon allow this review as I believe it is totally appropriate to reference other Fraction One products in this situation, where I really do think these are not what they say they are.

This is the only reason I gave this product two stars instead of one. As far as I can tell, these are candy being sold as a supplement. They did absolutely nothing for me at all. This is the fourth product I've tried from this company and had the exact same results from all four. I am forced to conclude that nothing they sell is worth buying.
