If you can't connect please read
I originally gave this a 1 star rating because i couldn't get it to connect. the manual does not give instructions and the videos on here were too fast and too confusing. For the android phones you have to download the sharpfox app. For the pc i never did get the bluetooth to connect but I did get it to work with the usb cable that came with it. I had to go to flashlabel.com and download a driver for it, but it works. I printed several pages out for work.

Work only with app, not a Printer
I was super excited about this printer, but ended up returning, the computers, phones, don’t recognize this as printer, so I am not able to print a document without upload to the app first which is way too timing consuming for me, I will stick to my jet ink printer

I love this printer. Gives me the ability to move around.

No Directions
I would have rated higher but for two reasons I did not. One I had to wait on customer service cause product is from China. Second due to the fact it had no directions on how to connect to my phone. I have yet to try the rest the product other than I know while trying to get it to connect yesterday it was doing some printing and it was either me or the paper. But never did get a clean cut from printer.

Amazing!
This was a wonderful purchase! Easy to use, quick, easily packed to carry, and convenient to not have to worry about ink! This was a great purchase and would recommend!

Perfect for personal use
Perfect for on the go printing as well as home printing. Easy to hook up. Do get pop ups saying its not working on my phone...I have to ignore that pop up everytime i user it... but it continues to work after ignoring. But it's annoying....
