Already have a background in electrical/ electronic engineering but practical knowledge is rusty. This book was an excellent refresher for me. Explained in simple terms that just about anyone with basic knowledge can follow. Highly recommended.

Explains everything well

I use this to know how things work it does explain things well and i have found it helped working on motorbikes.

The constructions were somewhat simplistic but for someone with zero knowledge it got me started. I proceed to his other publications.

Brilliant little guide, filters out the needless information contained in most books on this sort of subject and yet gives you all of the information you actually need. Additionally all drawings are in colour which is usually not the case in books like this yet it is very useful. The book is short (for good reason) but everything included is relevant and the author has ensured you're not bombarded with pointless information yet explains everything you need to know and does it very well. I can't rate this highly enough and for the price it's a steal.

This ebook is so easy to read and all the illustrations or pictures are good. I've just saved my brother £380.00 labour cost! The garage quoted that amount of money to find an electrical fault on his car. However, after reading, this eBook, and 'How To Find Electrical Shorts' and 'How To Test Circuits Like A Pro: Part 1.' I was able to trace an electrical fault back to the starter motor. It also enabled me to fixed an electrical short on my motorbike. Now I am just waiting for my next electrical problem!!
