Just check the product labels, and google what these do to you.Maltisol and Maltodextrin has way higher GI than Sugar, which means it is extremely bad for your blood sugar spikes, as opposed to their claim that it is good for controlling blood sugar levels.They claim to have only natural ingredients. Is Maltisol and Maltodextrin naturally occurring ?DO NOT buy this bisucit / cookie if your aim is to control blood sugar spikes
