I've used it for my back, feet and hands and it does lessen pain. The info on the product page indicates it takes 3 weeks with continuous use for benefits, but I noticed pain relief with use a few times a week. It's a large belt at 58 inches long, but I fold it over and slide my hands or feet inside for the treatment. It shuts itself off at 20 minutes and that's enough to give some relief for a few hours. You might want to print out the 'mode' information lower on the page to refer to for the first few uses until you learn which mode helps most.

Definitely works to ease pain. I purchased the Comfytemp belt and was literally surprised at how much better my lower back was. I no longer had to stop and stretch my back upon standing. Normally I had to stretch it out or I would walk like and old person all bent over. I noticed within a few days that I was just popping up and walking straight! Incredible!! I then purchased the NICEUS belt, because it offered portability and vibration. The NICEUS belt does not relieve my pain. My husband saw me struggling with pain again and said "you need to just stick to the the "other" one". I used it twice and the pain was gone again. I HIGHLY recommend the Comfytemp belt!! I'm actually glad I compared it, because I am a believer!!

I haven’t had it long enough to truly rate this belt but I do think it helped my back feel better after exercise

This is a snap to use. You can put it on your back, your shoulders, your waist your stomach, your chest wherever you want it. It does have a plastic film over the red light so it will make you sweat a little bit if you’re looking for a weight loss. And it’s very easy to use.

Great product. I felt the difference in my joints after a couple of uses. I've used similar products, and this one is superior for a couple of reasons: 1. The controls are nice and simple on the belt itself - no extra wires or remote controls. 2. The stated 22 watts max is higher than others.

Purchased this product in Feb 2025. It probably has less than 5 hrs of usage time and now it doesn’t work. Appears to be a short or electrical connection malfunction. Very disappointed. Will NOT buy from Comfytemp again.

I like this. Light warm red light therapy. I have used it on my waist, arms, feet, & knees. I do feel healing comfort the next day after use. It's easy to wipe clean. I have a 35 inch waist and it fits well. The controls are easy to use. The cord could be a bit longer for ease of movement around the room. I have a painful left shoulder that is showing healing improvement.
