No, no, I'll look up the instructions
I was hoping there would be a recipe or two to get me started. I wasn't sure what sort of dough or mix to use. I made home-made donut batter. The recipe is for deep fry. It was a flop.What did other buyers use?

Full width, but flat, donuts
This machine is a bit rattly, but it works just fine. The shapes are on the shallow side, so the donuts are a bit thin (a cross section of the ring would be a flattened oval, not a circle), which being full-size in diameter. They don’t quite fit what I’m looking for in a donut shape, but they aren’t too far off (and much closer than the mini donuts that most current machines make).
