First of all , the product works , I really recommended it for people starting out with a home studio or a very reverby room like mine.The product feels amazing and very easy to use.The only problem I have is some of the foam spikes are a bit damaged or bent which I see could probbobly be from delivery damage.So it’s not a big issue

Having wanted one for a long time, this year I finally decided to buy a condenser mic for recording. What I was concerned about though, given the reputation of these mics to pick up *everything*, was the lack of space and not good acoustics in my (very) small studio. So when I saw this isolation shield I thought it was worth a try, given that I didn't have room to set up a dedicated booth. I have to say I'm extremely impressed with it, it eliminates all the sound from behind so pretty much all you hear is what is directly in front of the mic. And unlike some other shields I've seen, it has 5 panels which can almost completely surround the mic, meaning even more stray sounds can be eliminated from recording.I have it detachable from an "anglepoise" stand attached to the desk, which means I can just store it on a shelf when it's not it use. It does get me very close to the limit of weight for the stand, but it just about holds and means I can set it up high for recording vocals, or low to record acoustic guitar.All in all, I can't fault it.
