Very happy with it.
Infiniti wanted $800 each for these and another $500 to put them in, to the tune of over $2200. I have some mechanical ability and a few tools so when I saw these it was well worth a try to put them in myself, especially because I was fairly sure only one of the power lifts was bad but of course, the dealer has to replace them both for some reason.Items came quickly and packaged very well so I was confident there was no damage during shipping. After opening, my suspicions were confirmed, the power lift was brand new and in original packaging. The quality of the lift support is very good the materials and build, look as good as the original.I removed and replaced the original power lift (the one I suspected was bad) in less than 40 minutes. As car parts go, this was a pretty easy job. Why dealerships have to charge $500 per hour for something like this is really upsetting – but I digress. After the new one was in place, I turned the power on to test the power liftgate functionality and it worked like a charm. I believe the original arm on the other side is still good so I didn't replace that one, and sent the second one of these back, since I really didn't need it.Long story short, I am very happy with this. For $200, our power liftgate is now working properly and we saved over $2,000. In retrospect, I really should have done a video on it because I couldn't find any on Youtube for this specific part and vehicle, but it really wasn't very difficult and I'm sure most people could do this on their own.

“C” clamps
Bought as replacement struts for 2016 infiniti QX60 power lift gate. Almost perfect fit with exception that the “C” clamps don’t secure as well as original struts clamps.

Saved ~$2000 and Very Pleased
The dealer wanted close to $2300 to replace these on my 2015 Infiniti QX60. I am so glad to have found these. I replaced both in about 35 minutes and they work great. Very happy with this purchase.

Edit: Easy to install and they do work after all
I had high hopes for this to work, as it would have saved me over $2000. However, after install they did not function.*Edit: this may be helpful. Originally I gave an 1 star review. Initially after install and plugging these new lifts in, the door did not work by pushing the inside cab button, key fob button or the button on the door. I troubleshooted by turning on and off the car - didn’t work. I then popped the hood and took out the fuse, cleaned best I could and returned - didn’t work. Luckily instead of un-installing the lifts to package up to return, I was needing to pick up my kids from school, so I shut the door manually to go but THEN they worked. By shutting the door manually, that must have reset it. So anyways, for anyone else out there installing these, just know that’s how I got them to work. Saved over $2,000 by buying these and installing. Dealer was $3,500+, Firestone was $2600+ and Autozone had to special order the parts for $1,193 each. Ridiculous how much these cost but very happy I found these.
